Who are we and what do we do?

Global Visitor is dedicated to supporting your secondee and visitor programmes. We ensure your staff and visitors make a smooth transition to their new location, leaving you and them free to concentrate on more important matters.

We contact visitors before they leave home, discuss their specific accommodation requirements, preferred locations, needs for schools and other facilities if they are traveling with families.

We find suitable accommodation, set up the tenancy agreement, and arrange utilities. We meet your staff at the accommodation and provide a full walk through. A welcome pack is provided giving key information about the property, the area and our support short stay holiday services. We clean properties before and after lets and also offer an optional maid service available at extra charge. We provide a full property management service and repairs help line to ensure that any problems are rectified promptly.

We also provide a number of optional services such as airport pickup, car hire and other travel services including jet charter. Our hospitality programme can also ensure visitors settle in quickly.

Where?

These two photographs are from the 'Peace Not War' Festival in the Atlantic Ocean, at which Hands Up For... exhibited. As can be seen from the images, we decorated the cinema room, in which a series of anti war films and documentaries were shown.

Why not stay in a typically French gite on the Normandy and Western Loire border for your holiday this summer. Make your family holiday in France a relaxing experience in our cottage which has accommodation for up to five people and a large garden. An ideal cycling area of quiet country roads with local restaurants offering simple French cuisine in the villages and the nearby town of Mayenne.

I'm afraid that we have ceased to let our cottage now as we wish to use it more frequently for ourselves, family and friends ...

This shows the large living room with an arch through into the kitchen/dining room. There are two sofas and two easy chairs which is a welcome change from most gites in France that usually only have hard chairs. The large log burner is sufficient to heat the whole house in winter though we do charge extra for logs.

We covered the walls in almost 2,000 handprints, and displayed the hands on sticks around the stairwell and balcony of the room.

Again our collection grew as festival-goers added their hands to our walls of hands.
